Congregational Meeting – February 1
Please note that we will hold our usual annual congregational meeting on February 1 to review the annual report and to support the proposed 2026 budget.
Dismissal from the EPC
Additionally, our request to leave the EPC was presented to, acknowledged by, and approved by the POTE on January 23rd. Our next step is to introduce a motion at our February 1st annual meeting to disassociate from the EPC denomination, with POTE representatives in attendance. This motion will begin a period of further congregational dialogue, culminating in an in-person congregational vote within 3–6 months. No voting is taking place at the Feb 1 meeting.
